okay this month we are doing PJS for seminary, you know prayer scriptures and journal. mostly i have been writing in an old journal with really embarrassing entries, which i'm going to prolly tear out and throw in the garabage, so i figured i should do the rest here. and though many of you are thinking, no emily keep them they are memories, these aren't memories i want to keep, so i don't think anyone with suffer with them.
anyways here is what happened today:
i woke up for swim at 430 as usual but guess what, this time i was happy about it, a little jump in my chest and i jumped out of bed and into my swimsuit and ridiculous drag. do you wanna know why i was so excited, it simple really.
last day of pratice!!! :)
when i arrived, taking my last ride to pratice with Dillon and Ryan Jimenez, haha my buds. it was FREEZING!!! i wanted to cry, suddenly my happiness slipped away, i shuved my fist in my sleeves to keep them warm counted to ten, pulled of my sweats, quickly made Ryan slip my cap on thanked her and i sprinted for that pool. see the pool is warmer than outside, so much warmer that steam was leaking up and into the atmosphere, and you know that winter smell, it kind of smells like pine, it was strong, which i enjoyed, i love the smell of winter.
okay this is totally of topic but i swear i can smell the change in seasons, i can tell when it is turning from summer to winter, winter to spring, it is pretty much crazy, but i love it, lets call it my sixth sense. haha.
anyways the tricky part isn't getting into the pool it is getting out, Dillon and i sat at the edge for about ten minutes trying to convince ourselves that it was worth getting out. finally the lure of a warm shower pulled me out, i sprinted for my bag stumbling a bit and reach the shower with little to no injuries.
school was a funny experience for me today, i don't know exactly why maybe because the old people from trilogy gave me candy when i came through the gates. giving me candy in the morning isn't always teh smartest thing to do, i go a little crazy and laugh uncontrollably over nothing. like knocking katie toolsons stuff off her desk, couldn't stop laughing.
though as the day carried on, i started to get tired, my sugar rush fading, and dove into my imagination.
anyone who knows me well enough, knows that my imagination is that of a three year olds. in that i mean extragavent! over the top!
in the mean time people are trying to hold conversations with me, and i have to concentrate really hard because if i don't my imagination runs and i miss what they say. but sometimes that can be quite humorous.
lets see, on we go to chemistry, my hardest class. i don't understand a WORD that my teacher says to me, i feel like he is speaking chineese to me, which is actually a shame becasue everyone else seems to know what is going on, so i sit there asking questions while everyone nods in agreement to what he is saying. it stinks also becuase if it was an easy subject like english that'd prolly be my favorite class right up there with stuco. Mr. clark is funny, and i have some friends in there with me, who graciously try and teach me, but i think i am unteachable.
it is kind of like how at our stake youth conference it took me thirty minutes to learn how to rope, i guess i am a slow learner, i never percieved myself that way till recently.
i always thought i was kind of an avid learner but i think mostly is because i have listening issue's i like to observe what people do while they speak, and jus observe, i learn so much more by example then straight out words, unless it is an easy conversation then my attention is mostly there.
i was actually told toaday something pertaining to this, i don't like carrying on conversations about the same thing for very long, unless i am really interested in it, i get bored and go back to my imagination. yeah im that complex, haha.
hey this journaling thing is actually more fun than it has been lately, i am discovering more about me. which is good because i don't feel like i know who i am.
oh don't trip potato chip, im still alive and happy! :)
okay i think this is far more than enough, as much as i know how much you all love reading all this, i must go, i can't stay any longer. IM SORRY...hehe. k really bye,
em-rae
k one more thing, i had a really good doughnut today, why do they even call them doughnuts, they aren't made if nuts....k stopping.
